PAYMENT METHODS
We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express cards. Purchase Orders with NET 30 payment terms with prior approval. All transactions out of United States will require wire or prepayment prior to shipping.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped UPS ground unless overnight or next day is requested. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed as such unless prior arrangements have been made for collect or third party billing.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise returns must be requested within 10 days after receipt and must receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) prior to return.
All returned shipments must be complete and in original/new condition. Equipment must be returned to CavCom within 10 days of receipt of RMA #. CUSTOM EARPIECES, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (includes some adapters and radios – please check with your sales representative on special order status of items), training and installation fees, disposable tips, and batteries are non-refundable.
Return merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee, all refunds are the sole discretion of CavCom upon the assessment of the returned equipmet. Customers returning used radios deemed returnable will incur a charge of $100.00 conditioning fee per radio.

WARRANTY – ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
CavCom, Inc. warrants the electronic Control Unit (2000IS, 2000NC and 2000NCI) and Lapel Mic (MIC2, MIC2IS) against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (1) one year from the date of shipment. Products covered by this warranty will be either repaired or replaced, at the discretion of CavCom no later than 45 days after the expiration of the warranty period. The warranty does NOT cover any damage to the electronics unit resulting from: (a) use in a manner other then normal operation as specified in the Operating Instruction Manual; (b) misuse, accident or neglect; (c) improper disassembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, alteration, repair or any modification by the Customer or any other person unauthorized by CavCom without the prior consent of CavCom.
WARRANTY - REMOVABLE WIRES AND CABLES
CavCom warrants 2 Pin Ear set cables (Y Cords & Single Ear Cords) against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (1) one year from date of shipment. CavCom warrants radio adapter cables against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (1) one year from date of shipment. Products covered by this warranty will be either repaired or replaced, at the discretion of CavCom. The warranty does NOT cover any damage to wires and cables resulting from: (a) use in a manner other then normal operation as specified in the Operating Instruction Manual; (b) misuse, accident or neglect.
WARRANTY – CUSTOM FITTED EAR SET
The fit of the ear set is most important for proper function of the CavCom System and to achieve optimum hearing protection. If a proper seal is not achieved, background noise may prevent radio communication. Improper insertion of the ear piece may result in an improper seal or discomfort. If discomfort is experienced with proper insertion the ear set should be remade by CavCom to achieve a comfortable fit. To encourage the end user to respond with any fit issues quickly we limit the "Fit Warranty" for the Custom Fitted Ear Set to 90 days. Any fit issues will be noted within the first days of use and should be immediately reported to CavCom. The electronic components, defects in workmanship and materials of the ear set shell are warranted for (1) one year. This warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.
WARRANTY – OMNI & QUAD UNIVERSAL EAR SET
The fit of the ear set is most important for proper function of the CavCom System and to achieve optimum hearing protection. If a proper seal is not achieved, background noise may prevent radio communication. Improper insertion or use of the wrong size of replaceable foam tip of the ear piece may result in an improper seal. Three sizes of replaceable foam tips are available for the OMNI & QUAD ear set; (a) Standard; (b) Slim; (c) Short. The employee should utilize the size that provides the most noise reduction and comfort. Proper insertion of the OMNI or QUAD ear piece with replaceable tip is outlined in the Operations manual. The electronic components, defects in workmanship and materials of the ear set shell are warranted for (1) one year. This warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.
WARRANTEE DISCLAIMER
The product warranty is the only warranty given by CavCom and the Customer receives no other warranty, either expressed or implied. All warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use are expressly disclaimed and excused.
