RETURN POLICY:

Product returns must be requested within ten days from receipt of the product. The CavCom team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be sent with equipment returns. All returned equipment must be new, complete, unused and in original packaging. Returned equipment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refunds are at the sole discretion of CavCom upon assessment of the returned equipment. Items and services including, but not limited to, custom fitted earsets and earplugs, two-way radios, disposable eartips, batteries, and special-order items are not returnable.

WARRANTY POLICY:

CavCom warrants all CavCom manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of shipment. Products covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CavCom. Refer to the product-specific operations or instruction manual for additional warranty information.

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:

  • Use in a manner other than normal operations as specified in the product specific operating manual or instructions (ie: misuse, accident or neglect)
  • Improper disassembly, operation, alteration or any product modification made by the customer

CUSTOM FIT GUARANTEE:

The proper fit of CavCom custom earsets and earplugs is important to achieve optimum hearing protection. All custom fitted earsets and earplugs have a 90-day fit guarantee. Please refer to the product instructions for additional information and instructions on how to handle improper fit for custom fitted earsets and earplugs.
