Horizon Push-To-Talk Over Cellular
HORIZON is a subscription-based Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (PoC) service that provides instant individual and group calling over the most advanced and reliable cloud-based communications network like AT&T and T-Mobile. HORIZON supports all of the rugged and feature-rich Hytera PoC devices and includes HORIZON Dispatch, a web-based dispatching application that enables centralized group calling and GPS location tracking.
What is Push-to-Talk over Cellular?
Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) provides group communication services over 4G and Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology, creating a nationwide radio network that utilizes the cellular infrastructure of Mobile Network Operators. This enables radio networks with very wide and long range coverage areas. Radio users are untethered by the range of repeaters and base stations used in traditional radio networks.

PNC380S and PNC360S POC Radios
The Hytera PNC360S and PNC380S PoC devices are compact, feature-rich, and easy-to-operate handheld radios designed for reliable business communications. Both models support cellular LTE and Wi-Fi network connectivity, with AI-based digital noise suppression, built-in Bluetooth for wireless accessories, and GPS location tracking compatible with the HORIZON Dispatch application. They are ruggedly built to meet the IP67 standard for water and dust resistance and comply with MIL-STD 810 for impact and vibration. Each device is powered by a robust 4000mAh Lithium-Ion Polymer battery, offering extended operation—over 40 hours on the PNC360S and up to 24 hours on the PNC380S—on a single charge.

The Hytera PNC550 and PNC560 are versatile devices that combine the functionality of a mobile Android computer with the instant group calling capabilities of a professional PoC radio, making them ideal for a range of applications, from warehouse and inventory management to medical and delivery services. Like all Hytera PoC devices, they support cellular LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity and feature AI-based digital noise suppression, built-in Bluetooth, and GPS location tracking compatible with the HORIZON Dispatch application. These devices are ruggedly built to meet IP68 standards for water and dust resistance and MIL-STD 810G for impact and vibration. The PNC550 is powered by a 4000mAh Lithium-Ion Polymer battery, while the PNC560 offers a larger 5040mAh battery, both providing over 24 hours of operation on a single charge.
HORIZON Dispatch Application
HORIZON Dispatch is a web-based dispatching and location tracking application that runs on a standard web browser and supports an unlimited number of simultaneous users with separate dispatcher accounts. The dispatch application supports instant group voice and video calling, texting, sharing images and audio recordings. Worker safety features include sending and receiving emergency alarms, and the dispatcher can activate remote ambient monitoring of audio and video during emergency situations. Dispatchers can also remotely stun (temporarily disable) and revive (turn on) or kill (permanently disable) remote radios that are lost, stolen, or used maliciously.
MNC360 Mobile Radio
The Hytera MNC360 PoC mobile radios are professional-grade PoC devices that provide clear nationwide push-to-talk communication, instant group calling, and built in GPS for fleet tracking and dispatching with the HORIZON Dispatch application. Unlike cell-phones, tablets, and handheld devices, the MNC360 is a legal and DOT compliant device for safe communications while driving.
